- Creator payout information: Provided to Stripe Connect for identity verification, tax forms, and bank payouts.
- Communications: Messages you send to us (e.g., contact and privacy requests) and our replies.
- Content: Links, descriptions, and other materials you choose to share.
1.2 Information We Automatically Collect
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system.
- Usage logs and analytics: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and actions taken on the Platform to help us understand and improve performance.
- Cookies: Small files used to remember preferences and analyze site usage.
2. How We Use Your Information

Our legal basis for processing information (for EU/EEA users) includes: contractual necessity (to provide our services), compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests (such as maintaining platform security and preventing fraud), and consent where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information.

- With Stripe: To process payments, verify identities, and comply with financial regulations.

4. Processors and Subprocessors

All processors are contractually required to protect personal data and only process it according to our instructions and applicable laws.

Upon account deletion, profile data is removed or pseudonymized within 30 days; transaction records are retained for 7 years in accordance with accounting standards. The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it.
